I recently moved to Collinsville from the Oklahoma City area. I have a 5 year old son, Jacob who loves to play baseball as well as every other sport under the sun! My boyfriend Zach and his son, Ryder, also love to play sports and anything active. In my free time I enjoy playing coed softball tournaments and spending time at home with family.
I was born and raised in OKC. I started playing softball at the age of 10 and I never looked back. I picked up pitching when I was 12 and took lessons and pitched competitively for 6 years. My 16u competitive team placed 5th at nationals and my 18u team placed 4th. I attended Putnam City Original where I was a three year varsity starter. I played 1st base, right field and pitcher.
After high-school I went on to play for Rose State on a softball scholarship where I was a 2 year starter in right field. . After playing at Rose State, I went on to graduate with a marketing degree from the University of Central Oklahoma.
I am also in the United States Army Reserve. I enlisted in 2019 and am stationed out of Ft. Sill in Lawton. I consider it an honor to be part of the greatest military in the world. I owe so much of my military success to the lessons I learned through playing competitive sports.
Softball has taught me so much about life and I am so lucky that I can pass them on to the next generation of softball players. As a coach, I believe it is important to understand the fundamentals and techniques of everything you do, and that is my primary focus. I believe softball should be fun and that every player must put in the work to see the results. I firmly believe that as a player you are the driver of your own success.
