Your appointments are very important to the Replay Sports Coaching Staff. The appointments are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our wait list miss the opportunity to receive services.

Please also understand that our coaches have other jobs, family, and friends with whom they could be spending their time. Out of respect for that valuable time, Replay Sports pays its coaching staff their entire wage for any missed or cancelled appointments within that 24 hour window. Therefore, we have a strictly enforced 24 hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.

Any appointment missed, cancelled, or changed with less than 12 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount or forfeiture of that service.

Any appointment cancelled or changed with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
